I was originally going for this : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/PmyDk8 thinking it was a 2D concept (must say that the artist really nailed the rendering, got me fooled) but noticed later it already was a 3D model and kind of left in on the side.
Then I got inspired by Borderlands 3 and tried to finish it and get something close to their style instead.
This was created using ZBrush, Maya, Marmoset Toolbag 3, Substance Painter.
